Just a note you might want to let your reps know, not really a good idea to be going out in the boonies to try and sell. Where we live is very remote, and have few neighbors. Don't really like having someone I don't know show up at my door. Especially since there are NO TRESPASSING signs and BEWARE OF DOGS signs everywhere. Thank you

I, on behalf of our office would like to offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you might have incurred. To clear up any issues you, or any other consumer might have I would like to specify on why contacting us might have been difficult. Due to our rapid growth in the Joplin area we moved into a larger office. Because of issues we had with our phone carrier it would have taken 6-8 weeks to transfer our original number. We at NSTC feel that every customer is not just a number, but, an extension of our Rainbow family. Our new address is 3316 E. 32nd St. Our office number is 417-206-0545. Had nothing but problems after dealing with them and still haven't gotten half of the equipment I was suppose to recieve. As soon as I bought from them they changed all of their numbers and when I did finally get ahold of them they were suppose to have someone call me back and it never happened. Now I'm stuck with paying for something I no longer want becaus I dot have everything I'm suppose to be paying for.
