The property manager is overly aggressive. I have witnessed him right in different people’s faces, screaming and yelling at them on more than one occasion. He has harassed my 16 year old niece for being at the pool without me, as a result she was banned from the pool. My brother lives just across the field next to the apartments and was over looking for his dog, the manager threatened him with trespassing. When he explained that I lived there and he was a guest of mine, the manager became aggressive, got 2 inches from his face and threatened to call the law. I am not a bad tenant, I am not destructive, I am not disruptive, I am not involved in any illegal activity, and I pay my rent on time. I do not feel my guest (family or friends) should be treated in this way.

i have lived in Oxford Park Apartment's for 3 month's now i really do love it i live up on the 3RD floor wear no one bother's me or my family i have nice nabor's and their is now a new Manager that run's the place her name is Rhonda she is very nice as she can be and her husband is one of the mantis guy's when me and my family moved into are apartment their was new carpet put in new tiel's the window's wear up dated and they all had good screen's in them all i can say is im happy with the Apartment's that i live in this is my second time liveing on my own and i love it and yes i would recomend some one to live hear as weal good mangament...

WORST experience EVER. A real nightmare. I would find the owners and never rent from any of their property. Management is the worst I have ever had to deal with
