Provided by YP.comIf you just want a bank that will take deposits and checks, Simmons-Joplin might be ok. But if you want a bank that will communicate with you when there is a problem or be proactive and explain things rather than just dismiss any problem you might be having with a response like " Not my job" then Simmons is not for you. I am so glad to be done with these people even though it cost me money that I don't feel I should have had to pay just so I never have to deal with them again. I am very happy at my new bank here in Joplin as they take the time to talk to you and will actually notify you if there is a problem.
