Use to be a regular customer till the new store was built.Itwas said the new store was built to attract "a better class"" of buyers,so I guess the number of years I shopped there I was one of the lesser class. Maybe they ought to sell memberships like Sam's Club, that way they will have the cream of the crop for daily customers. Haven't been in the store since. Go to the DAV where they appreciate your business.

I was excited to visit this store until I walked in. Upon entering the entire store smelled horrible, racks were haphazardly shoved in the middle of aisles, there was minimum organization to the over priced clothing. Finally found the clothing item I needed but it was covered in huge stains and still priced at more than $3!! Toy section looked like a yard sale of broken and missing parts toys. The one employee we encountered was very rude.

Shopped there this week and an employee was extremely rude to me . When I was making small talk with her while purchasing merchandise she told me I didn't have to shop there I could go somewhere else!!!! Unfortunately this girl needs retraining before continuing to do customer service.

Of all the thrift stores around in Joplin, I like our Salvation Army the most. They really help out a lot of people and most prices are kept fairly low for those who are financially challenged.
