They took Forever!

We bought a car from them in early September and it was said to come with a remote included, (for the door lock/unlock etc.) but when they gave us the keys, there was no remote keychain on it. So we asked about it and they said "oh, we'll get you one." That's nice we thought, at least they'll get one for us. They wrote it down on the paper and the salesman said we would get it in a couple of weeks. I went to see them for a copy of the State Inspection -which they forgot to give us- and figured I'd ask about the remote. They guy told me they hadn't ordered it yet but they would get right on it. So explain to me why we were still waiting when my husband called them to ask about it again and the lady who answered said that no one had ordered it yet. What?! This was in the begining of November, how long has it been and you guys can't put in a simple order? I was furious, but the woman said it would be there in about a week. This woman was the only one who took the time and actually took action to get us the darn remote and a week and a half later we finally got it. So we could have had this thing in two weeks tops, sometime in September, but it took them about 2 months to get it to us now. Wow. Some service. Big deal for a remote? Not when you're shelling out money to get what the paperwork says is included. And have you ever seen what they charge on cars for these small amenities? Power windows, doors, a remote etc...? So yes, a big deal to get ALL of what we paid for. Not to mention, the car has a leaky sun roof.
