Unfortunately, I do not know her name..but the older women working the front cash register is very rude..we go in there every day and purchase the same items. She died not remember it snd she stares with that dumb look on her face..I refuse to go business st this location any more. Someone needs to talk to her!

I used to work at this Sheetz when it first opened several years back & I remember customer service & order accuracy were among their top priorities, that isn't the case these days. I can't count how many times my order has been wrong, but my husband loves their wings. This last time was the worst experience ever. I drove 15 min their & placed my order, I waited about 15-20 min for my food & drove back home. Once I reached my house I began to eat my fries which was impossible due to the fact that someone must have accidentally dumped half of the container of salt in my fries. My husband opened his wings (we ordered. 3 6pc.) in the first box their we're 3 wings. In the next box their were 4 wings & in the next box their were 3 wings. I decided to call so I spoke to "AMANDA" who assured me that they would replace my order the next time I came in as long as I saved my receipt. I decide to go back a week later & they offer me 1 order of wings & 1 fry. I ask to speak with Amanda & she tells me that's all she can do after she already said she would replace my order. 6 wings doesn't even cover what was missing, so I ask for a refund & they tell me that I have to come back on. Sunday (2 days later).... I'm still confused. This can't be real
