Dr. SuzyStewart has taken care of my little Yorkie twice and I couldn’t ask for anything better

I have used Dr Suzy and the Joshua Animal Clinic for 19 yrs. I am so pleased with the service and care we have received for all of the pets we have taken there. Dr Suzy and her staff have always been caring and courteous to me and my husband, even to the point of crying with me when we have had to put down our beloved dogs to keep them from suffering from the pain of bone cancer and other severe illnesses. Dr Suzy has always tried to help keep them from being in severe pain. I couldn't ask for a better Dr or friend to entrust the care of the "members of my family" to.

So sorry your having a bad hair day short changed.I have been a client for 5 years, prior to that I had gone to 2 other area clinics, mainly due to the the other species of pets equine, goats etc, this clinic is excellent. I know should a problem arise they are there for my beloved pet and myself. Two years ago I became ill and was hospitalized, the clinic bent over backwards to lend a helping hand they picked up my cat for bding delivered him back to me when I returned hm and even ran some personal errands. I can't THANK Dr. Stewart and her staff enough for the wonderful care and treatment of my pets.

Horrible vet! The office staff is awful too. You always have to wait, and there is never anyone at the front desk or answering phones. The office is dirty and smells really bad and they are way overpriced! They always try to push a lot of products on you and are hard to get an appointment with, partly because they never answer the phones! And to top it off, the last time I went in, the office manager shortchanged me 20 bucks and when I confronted her about it she made a huge scene and then Dr. Stewart called me and yelled at me and wouldn't even let me tell her what happened! Awful people that you absolutely don't want caring for your loyal family members!

I was a customer at this clinic for 3 years. Both Dr. Stewart and Dr. Glenn are very rude and will try to make you run all kinds of unnecessary tests and spend alot of money. They are very overpriced for their care, and hard to get an appointment with. Even when you do get an appointment, you will spend alot of time waiting, and even if you just go by to buy food or shampoo, you will have to wait a long time. There is never anyone at the front desk and the office staff are even ruder than the doctors. And if you leave a message for one of the doctors, they are really bad about calling you back. And to top it all off, the last time I went in to buy shampoo, they shortchanged me $20.00! When confronted, they were very unprofessional and caused a huge scene and then Dr. Stewart called me and screamed at me! Oh, and the office smells really bad! I will never return to this office for anything ever again!
