Harley told me I needed several thousand dollars worth of service, and kept trying to push me to trade in my bike instead of "going through the headach" of fixing the bike. A friend told me about TAC and they said they could diagnose the problem for a half hour charge ($50) and wouldn't charge it if I approved them to fix the problem. Withing 2 weeks they had the bike tore down and figured out I didn't need exgensive repairs but instead I just needed a new primary chain and tensioner, and a new lifter. About 1K later my bike ran like new, with a few upgraded parts. These are the only people I trust with my bike! They may have a a longer wait for bugger jobs and parts are a nightmare, but they were communicative and helpful through the process and even explained everything and helped me choose what parts are best for my bike and budget

Thunder Alley installed air shocks on my motorcycle in July 2017. I picked up my bike a week later. I noticed that the shocks didn't hold air within days. So, I returned the bike to Thunder Alley. They were able to duplicate the issue. I was told that they contacted the air shock company about the issue. They had my motorcycle over 2 months because (I was told) that there was an issue with the air shock company replacing the shocks. I was told that new shocks were eventually sent. I finally got my cycle back only to have the same issue. The owner of Thunder Alley told me "he was done with this" and that I must contact the air shock company myself about the issue. I did. I found out that the air shock company offered to send another set of shocks but was told by Thunder Alley that they didn't need to because they already had some "on the shelf". The air shock company sent me another pair of shocks. They have been installed on my cycle by someone else and are holding air. I feel that Thunder Alley should have resolved the issue instead of saying "I'm done with this". I will not be returning to this business for services/products as they are not willing to put forth the effort to correct an issue. No refund was offered.
