Rude!!!

Owner was rude and slammed the phone down on me when I called to ask about the warranty on muck boots. I simply asked what the procedure for replacing them included and she said to bring them with the receipt and she would tell me then. I asked what would they do as far as replacing them and she told me I didn't know how to listen and hung up on me! I just wanted to know how it was going to go so my husband wouldn't be without work boots. Never spending another dime in this store. They sell old close out items for nearly the same price as current items anyhow. I called Muck Boots direct and they took care of me!

I found the staff very helpful and courteous. Plus the men's big and tall selections were high quality and reasonably priced. Less expensive than most specialty stores and even online vendors.

I called 5 minutes ago simply to ask if they bought prom dresses or took donations. Before I could even finish my sentence the lady said "No, everything we have is new."and hung up the phone. I have heard alot of good things about this place. It would have been nice if first she would have let me finish my sentence and second told me no I a nicer way. This is one customer they will not have.
