Provided by YP.comTelephoned twice and Topeka office answers, and not the Junction City Branch of which my daily business is conducted. I am,therefore having to go personally to that branch on 8th Street and Washington in Junction City to ask a simple re- financing question about a car loan. I find this at an inconvenience. Been a customer since 1984. This is my first complaint, so take it considerably. I* am on my way there now.
