Looks great from the outside, and that is where the compliments begin and end.Very poor floorplan, obviously designed for economy and not much else. The quality of building materials used is also very poor; this is not a place to raise children / toddlers as you'll likely lose the security deposit.The water quality is extremely poor... taking a shower in these apartments is horrible as it leaves you with a grimey feeling. The water is bad enough to change the taste of any food you cook using unfiltered water.You are not permitted to place a satellite dish on the premesis; though this act is often viewed as illegal according to the FCC. You are permitted one barbeque grill, chairs, and not much else. They will nab you in a heartbeat for any contraband left on the lawn. Oh, and their lawnmower person does the lawn between 7p ~ 8p.The complex is managed by Junghan's, further adding to the undesirability of the units.
