I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism I experienced today. I have been working with Junction City Family Dentistry and Manhattan Oral Surgery for months now getting an implant. I came in for my appointment today and they informed me after waiting for 40 mins that the didn't check to see if they had the stuff to take the impression for my crown to finish the implant. The nice lady taking care of me said they just assumed it would be there. She appologized that I wanted my time, and assured me that they would call me to schedule a new appointment when they have everything. Wow, talk about lack of communication. It's funny though because if I would have forgotten my appointment today and not communicated with them they would have charged me a fee. Am I going to get any compensation for their lack of communication. Nope, nothing. I am stuck. If I want to go elsewhere i have to start all over, and end up paying even more. How is this professional? This is absolutely the worst customer service. It's not hard folks, do your job, review your cases for the following day and ensure you have what you need. Put some value in your patient's time instead of just looking at them as a dollar sign.

Beware of their Facebook reviews - they are all fake!

Just see the REAL reviews from this page, their Yelp page, their local Yahoo listing, and so forth - all less than 1.5 stars.

But their Facebook page, miraculously, have 4+ stars. And if you notice all the 5-star reviews are prolly fake.

If there's such thing as "fake news" then there's "fake reviews". BEWARE!

Don't ever need emergency care. This office was my dentist for about a year and I came in for emergency care. The left side of my face was twice the size as the right and I was in extreme pain. The receptionist couldn't even bring herself to lift up her head and see what my condition was before sending me packing out the door. She said they were booked and wouldn't be able to see me. Luckily I was able to find a dentist that was also booked solid but checked out my symptoms gave me some antibiotics for the severe infection I had and medicine for the pain. They were willing to stay open late to get me in but suggested I waited for the infection to go away before treatment. It scares me to think what could of happen if I waited for JC Family Dentistry to find the time to see me. They didn't give me a suggestion for another place to seek help. The other Dentist gave 10 min out of his time to assess the situation. I just wanted JC Family Dentistry to give a damn for that much time and they didn't. Proceeded with caution if you want them to care.

I went to their clinic for upper and lower dentures, waited for almost one month for my dentures to arrive, I was soooo disappointed when I tried it on because I look like a kick boxer with two pieces of mouth guard in my mouth. I showed my dismay but the lady who assisted the dentist was sooo rude and keeps on telling me that it looks good on me. Finally the dentist said that they will fix it, after two more weeks I went back but still not contented with it, as of now my upper lips is protruding and I still look like a boxer with double mouthpiece because of the way they made the dentures. Right now I will be going back to them again because one of the tooth from my dentures fell out. I won't recommend this clinic and after this I will transfer my whole family to a different clinic.

Do not go there whatever you do they are horrible people. They dont care about the patient at all. They pulled my tooth without me being numb and while i was screaming in pain they just keep pulling. He hit a nerve in my mouth and he said to me it happens all the time. Would not take my dog to them. They are so worried about money and nothing else.

Money is more important than the patient. Billing is often messed up. Office persons change constantly.

I have been there twice and ended up not good the first time was when my kids were little I was locked out in the waiting room and they would not let me in till I said I would climb out the counter and call the police. then about ten years later I try them again. frist appt was fine second fine then came the third I was sick so I called they told me to wait till Friday to see how I felt, but wasnt told they would be called in the afternoon. I had tried to call that afternoon no answer so I called that Monday, was yelled at since my appt was that day. had a cleaning appt later today 7\29\2009 and walked in, sign in, was maked off the sign in, nothing said sat there and listen to many empolyees talk about personal things and some that was to be between two of them no one said a thing. 28 mn later one that came in late came to me and said that it would be a few more min I told her I was leaving at 10 will 10 came and I left. when I called to make sure my ins wasnt billed they were not concern.
