Provided by YP.comBy far the worst experience I have had with a place getting my oil change. I went in Wed December 10th to get a regular oil change on my car. On the menu/sale book they included a "complimentary" 20 point inspection on various other parts of the vehicle. Note** it says complimentary but the price is 20$ higher than the one below it. The inspection includes various types of service like fluids, tires, lights and working parts under your vehicle which the average person wouldn't recognize unless they had some complex map explaining where the parts are. Anyway so this inspection they did included my lights. The day before going to get the oil change I went and bought 2 light bulbs for my license plate knowing that they were both out and have K.Q.L. replace them. Well after my oil change I got the speil about what they did and they said everything on my "inspection" was in good working order. I said o really cuz I know for a fact my light bulbs are out on my license plate are out. They said o we must have missed that sorry, do you want us to replace them?I said sure and they still charged me a replacement fee of 5$. This was done quickly so I agreed to pay, but in my head I'm thinking you missed this part of the inspection. It shoud be free!!! So the next day I'm driving and I feel my handling start be excessively loose. I check out the tires with a friend and find the steel braiding on one of my tires so worn out that it created a flat tire. There is no possible way that in one day this could become so worn out to create that tire deflating. After inspecting all tires I find that 2 others are badly worn so I definitely need to replace all 4 before I blow out multiple tires on my car creating a potentially very dangerous situation. Thinking in my head all of this could have been PREVENTED if this ""20 point Inspection" was actually done the correct way. Its like they charge you an extra 20$ to say on paper that they did something even though they did nothing at all. So after a few days I return to the store and explain the situation. The day manager or whatever he was assures me this "complimentary - extra 20$ inspection is done thoroughly." So I explain how can it be done thoroughly if 3 of my tires are worn so bad on the inside they could possibly blow out at any time. All of the tires were worn on the inside so I could not see this at all unless I got under and inspected the car. He responded with my workers do the inspection the right way. So stubborn and unwilling to accept the fact they just skipped over this and didn't look at all made this experience 10 times worse. I asked for some type of reparation and his response was to give me 10$ off a future purchase, like I would ever go back let alone reccomend this place to anyone. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES KANSAS QUICK LUBE. By far the worst experience I have had at an oil change store ever!!!
