Having done business with an insurance company since 1977 I was reluctant to change. When I did change, I was completely satisfied with the process from start to finish. Karen and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that we understood and was comfortable with the new policies. They do great followup and are always there when you need them. Having a trusting, caring firm such as this is what a person wants. You get that and more from Karen and her staff.
