My family and I only come to Kites when we are desperate. I will say that when the food doesn't come out cold, burnt, or prepared wrong it can be pretty good and that the only reason I gave it two stars. I have never gone there without someone at our table having something wrong with their food. Once my onion rings were a blackish brown color. The waitresses are horrible. The service is slow their attitudes are snippy and they're always standing around talking and doing nothing. If you're in a rush or really hungry save yourself the time and hassle and eat somewhere else.

I live on Fort Riley with my family and weve been coming to Kites every now and then for the past two years. Usually the service is slow and the food comes out cold. Most of the servers stand around the bar and socialize and could care less about the customers. Kaitlen has been there for a long time and has a bad attitude towards most of her tables and I even saw her punking a server in training. We try to only come in when Sierra works because she is extremely genuine and attentive to all of her tables. She even hands out stickers to our kids and remembers them by name. And she never seems to be standing around doing nothing. All in all, better food than Coaches, good entertainment, but it's a gamble in good service.

Love this place. Great food and service. You can tell the managers spend a lot of time making sure everything goes as planned and that they train their servers to be the best. Best place in town by far. Coachs' has the worst servers in the whole town. Caddy, Bitchy and stuck up. Dont go there! Kite's is way better. And that's reality. Coach's will sink if they don't pick it up. They SUCK! KITES IS BETTER!!!!!!
