THE FIRST WEEK, I got a phone call saying HER dog bit his head & punctured next 2 his eye. HER dogs are aggressive. Especially her little black dog, Dash. 2 weeks later, he comes home & he has chunks taken out of his nose & is bleeding on his mussel. I would have to wait up to 20 minutes @ a time 2 pick up my dog & he was still full of energy bc he was in a cage all day. I dropped off Eli 4 easy pick up around thanksgiving bc we had a flight2catch. I notified her I had 2 pick him up @a specific time & made sure she would be home & available before I dropped him off that day.. she texts me less that 3 hours b4 pick up saying she was going to gone & would "Try" 2B back @ the time I said. WTF? I prepay/plan for everything & I asked 4 a refund. I had 2 text her several times asking 4 a refund before I was able 2 get a response of "10 to 14 business days." Refund never came. I asked 4 our refund on June 8th. We didn't receive a refund until July 15th. OVER A MONTH. RIDICULOUS!

After visiting a local kennel, and then seeing Stacey's house there was no doubt I was making the right choice leaving our doggy here. Stacey took great care of Lexi and now even though it's far for us I wouldn't take her anywhere else but here! Thank you Stacey!!!!
