Provided by YP.comLotts auto is awesome, end of story. They have saved me so much money. Toyota was going to charge me over $700 and they said that the part didn't need to be replaced and fixed the problem for $60. Then even with a different dealer, my other car, a light came on and dodge was going to charge me over $300 for a sensor and I went to marty and he cleaned and adjusted it since he found that it was a known issue with this car and it worked. Didn't even need replaced. I put both our vehicles in their hands for everything. Before I found them, both of my cars have only been to the dealer but never again.

I took my car to 2 dealerships in the area and a service center for a noise I was hearing they looked at it for a few min and said there was nothing wrong when you could clearly hear it. Lotts looked at it and had a figured out in one day! I love that they took the time and cared about my family's safety

Provided by YPmobileMarty and the guys at Lotts Auto are the best mechanics I've ever known. They are incredibly honest and do excellent work. They truly care about doing it right and caring for their customers. I've taken my cars to them for years, and have referred countless people to them too. None of them have ever had anything but very good experiences with Lott's Auto. This critical review below is utter nonsense. It makes me mad. They would never do anything like that. Give them your business. You won't be disappointed. Tell'em Larry sent you.

Provided by YPmobileWhoever posted the dissatisfaction of ending up with an engine in his/her trunk is full of dishonesty. I've taken my vehicles to Lott's Auto Service for at least two years, including engine overhauls. Not once AND NEVER would the owner of Lott's Auto Service EVER leave someone with a half repaired engine in someone's trunck UNLESS that person gave the "go ahead" to repair it and then backed out on the repair in midstream. Think about it... Lott's Auto Service and they rebuild engines all the time... "leaves disassembled engine in a trunk" ...You have to ask, "Why?" ..."How can this be?" Why and how would a professional certified, seasoned and experienced with 25 plus years EVER toss someone's half rebuilt engine in their trunk??? Do tel... (the rest of the story). Because I actually know the owner and there is NO WAY he would ever do that unless the customer willfully chose to stop the rebuild in midstream. Lott's Auto Service doesn't work for free, but you can darn well bet that when they do work on your vehicle it will be done right. Whatever this other review is about (an engine in their trunk), is nonsense. I take my cars to Lott's Auto Service all the time for minor to major repairs. You can trust Lott's Auto Service. You can't trust the review about having an engine unfinished and left in the trunk. That is, unless the owner of the car precipitated it by cutting off his own nose in spite of his face.

Provided by YP.comavoid this place at all cost . took my car for more than a month and the only solution to my problem was a new engine on a 2007 car i said no put it together half of the engine was in the trunk . so be careful with this guy!!!!!!!

i recently had a break job done on my car.... later the front drivers side starting making a weird noise... so i took the tire off to see what i could find.. and i was P.O. to find out that the new rotors i paid for were NOT NEW. i wouldn't reccomend them to anyone... i guess cause they thought i was a woman i didn't know what a new rotor looked like... i will never use them again

I used Lott's because of a promotional offer for a free oil change. The service was excellent. As a female I dread having service done on my vehicle because I feel like they try to take advantage and convince me I need other more expensive work done. Not here. Eventhough I was receiving a free service they did not try to get me to pay for anything else. My husband is deployed and Lott's offered to assist in any way if I had trouble with my vehicle. That was reassuring. I am planning on using them again.
