This place ripped us off over $2800. They claimed ?they didn?t know? that we cleared out our two of our storage units. Although the owner acknowledged that she knew the units were empty, left open, and had the locks removed. They refused to return any of the money they charged us. If your looking for a place to store your things pick somewhere else. There are other great places in the area to take your business.

I have rented from this facility twice & have always found their staff to be very helpful. I like their location and would recommend them to anyone.

Not cheaper, but about the same as others. $75, $95, $105 climate controlled $150 a month.

So glad I found Neighborhood Storage. Just happen to see them off I-70 as I was passing by. They sell a great portable building and I found them to be cheaper in price than several other locations that I viewed storage buildings at. Also, they delivered to my place free of charge.

Their online payment makes it easy for me. I just setup an auto-payment and I don't have to worry about getting my payment to them. Plus they email me a receipt when the payment goes through.
