I went in to get vaccines for my child and was treated very nice by the receptionist, but rudely by the nurse, it too 50 minutes to be called back to even recive the vaccine. very rude but did treat my child nice. Thinking again if I ever want to go back there.

I had completely lost my voice for 2 days when I finally decided to come in. I had no insurance and I live on my own so I obviously was strapped for cash. I came in and immediately was helped. The staff was so friendly. They gave me a pen and paper to write my answers down and offered me something to drink. The nurse that helped me was funny and very friendly. I got my results in less then 5 minutes. Way less than what I've waited before in past clinics/hospitals. It turns out I had Tonsilitis (or however you spell it). The fees were minimal and so was the cost of medicine. I definitely will go back next time I have health problems.

Everytime my mother, husband or myself had to go to the doctor we have all be treated with the best ever. The staff have always been friending and careing.

I have never had any of the issues the prior review has had. Everytime I go into Konza I am treated with respect and diginity by ALL of the staff. Konza is a wonderful medical and dental center. It should be considered a model for how Community Health Centers should be run.

I found the staff at Konza to be very helpfull, and polite. I saw that they see people who are uninsured, or low income as well as the insured folks. They treated everyone with respect and a cheerfull attitude. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical and dental care.

I would say Dr. Coup is an excellent doctor, but the rest of the staff, especially the office staff is questionable. At times, the staff show no respect for the patients over the telephone or when patients come into the office, they seem to treat the people who seek medical care as people "lower" than them. While there are people waiting to see the care provider, the office staff curses when something goes wrong in their day. The expectations of this health facility's staff should be reviewed again.
