Went to have side out problem diagnosed. Was told it would be more wise to buy a new travel trailer from them, than to have it repaired. Now that may or may not have been true, but they knew that I and my 13 year old son were on a 5 month trip and to me, this is a despicable way to meet a down sales quota for the month. Upon picking up my trailer (after I had paid the bill and been told that it was completely put back together) I discovered my side out motor on the floor of my trailer (I'm sure that would have done damage, as I had to drive 70 miles) and the living room couch was wet with water, because a window was left open for over an hour while it rained. I went in to show Josh Majors (my service adviser ) the motor and told him that they forgot to put it back in. He said " I am not going to put that back in" I said you told me that the side out had been put back together to which he repeated himself again. I insisted that the part be put back in the trailer and he said "ok, I will have the tech do it and make an additional invoice to charge you for that" I was furious, as I had already been told that the rig had been put back together and had paid the balance in full. I don't know what anyone else thinks, but that is unprofessional and downright dishonest for any business. After I talked with his manager, I learned that the drive gear, that the motor attached to, was too damaged, to reinstall the motor...well, if this half wit Josh Majors, would have explained that instead of being rude and unprofessional and repeatedly stated " I'm not gonna do that" and telling me he would have it put back in, but it would cost more money, after I had been told by him, that it was completely back together, I would not have lost my temper. I advise anyone dealing with this facility and especially this person, to get all estimates before hand and have things explained.
