These people are very incompetent and unprofessional.

They don't know anything about Eugene market. I spent over $30,000 worth of remodeling and have paid down my mortgage substantially. Recently asked the mortgage company to reappraise my house so they drop the Mortgage insurance from my contract. The mortgage company hired them to do the appraisal and what they came up is an appraisal even well below the market value during the peak of recession.

ANOTHER BANK RIP OFF!
