Best place around for deer processing! Staff is great when placing my order and the guys always get the deer off my truck and load the meat for me when I come to pick it up. :)

No freezer paper, they use a thin layer of cello-- I will rewrap it in freezer paper and mark the packages.



I've never seen so much bone in meat, more than half of some of the packages are bone. I asked for lean meat, few bones and a good quality product-- we are not looking for cheap. The ground chuck has lots of grizzle. I prefer to pay more per pound and get what I asked for.



We picked up our meat... good thing we were told to "bring our own boxes" and should have told us to bring our own dolly. No boxes, the meat was dragged to the door in milk crates, we were told to repack it in our own boxes and leave the milk crates outside. Other places put it in a box and even load it into my trunk!
