I called to have my A/C cleaned out due to occasional leakage. I asked to make an apointment and was told that a guy would be out after one. The repair guy showed up and was very nice and proficient worker; however he then told us it would cost $225.00 since it was an "emergency visit". I immediatly called to talk to the owner/person i scheduled the apointment with and said i didnt understand why i was being charged for an emergency visit when i had called to set up an apointment and it was not at all an emergency and thought i made that clear from the begining. He told me the job to clean the a/c out was $225 and it was not due to an emergency visit. he then told me he doesnt work for free, but he could knock $80 off the bill. i have had this same service done last year by another company and it cost $85.00. i feel completely ripped off and feel like A1 Mr. Freeze was trying to scam me & my husband. beware; service was very good, but very shady on the pricing.

Ive been living here at my new home for a few weeks and noticed its not getting as cool as my old place did. I called AAA AIR condition AND REFRIGERATION and the technician they dispatched told me my systems needed to be cleaned. The man performed all the work quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and price. They are defiantly the ones you want in your home.

i will never use this company again, first they totally forgot to order the part that went bad, which i found out a week later when i called them back, then i had to call them several times to make sure they actually ordered the part, no one knew what the next worker was doing, when i would call they could not bring up my file,they finally got the part but after a lot of wasting my time. Very bad customer service.
