Clear Pools over-charges and provides much less than promised service. They also sell add-ons which I discovered later are not required; e.g. they charged me to replace my filters once a year (pools were new to me) but for the past three years my new service just cleans them on a regular basis. They do not perform all the work they promise they will do; e.g. the pool needed to be vacuumed and the owner said his guy vacuumed the pool (I watch him do a quick check of the pool and he did not vacuum it, in fact, I never saw him vacuum the pool.) When my pump started leaking, he told me I should spend $1600 on a new variable speed pump and the payback in energy savings would pay for the new pump in a year. I checked the FPL energy calculator for pools on their website and found it would take several years to breakeven on this expensive pump. So I replaced it myself for a fraction of the $1600. The owner is very arrogant and obviously tries to take advantage of the homeowner. My current pool service shows up like clockwork and leaves a card by the pool after every service call. He does work on the system and is very reasonable and does not try to keep up selling me on things I do not need. Do not hire Clear Pools and if they told the other reviewer they were too busy to do her pool, she was very lucky.

I will admit that I can't quite rate their service mainly because I couldn't get any. Was expressly told that they do not have the time or manpower to service my residential pool and I should try a smaller company. Gladly. Maybe they should put a notice on their website that they are not accepting any residential business at this time. Tickles me that their website declares that they are dedicated to this community and will meet and exceed all your needs. They should put a disclaimer that this is only true if they have the time for your pool.
