Horrible business and non existent customer service. Our terrible experience with this business. Custom window decor is the worst business to deal with. They have two owners. Owner 1 is the salesperson and owner 2 is the installer. Their work is horrible and they really don't know what they are doing . We had plantation shutters installed.The screws that were installed to hold the shutters in place are so stripped they have to be cut .The plantation shutters are not centered leaving a big gap on one side so you can see the blue screws the shutters are held in place with. Most of the trim is installed by just putting caulking to hold in place . The trim isn't cut correctly so they just fill in the gaps with caulking. After 5 messages they still won't return calls. When we finally got to speak to them they were very rude then hung up on us. We had plantation shutters put in that looks like a infant installed the trim. Owner 1 told us they are not carpenters so what do we expect with the trim. Wonder why they have a D- rating with the BBB and bad reviews on other web sites with the same issues. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. You will regret purchasing from this business. They will be so nice until they get all your money then they become so rude. They threaten to sue you if you post negative comments regarding your horrible experience with them. We went on Google, Their face book page, BBB Florida and Florida Division Of Corporations. We read other dissatisfied customers reviews and how the owners responded to their issues (RUDE). We read the business has moved and or changed their business name and or address 4 times since 2003, HMM WHY??? We had a shutter installer come to our house to see how we can fix the shutters. We were told once again the shutters are installed wrong ,not centered and unsafe. Custom Window décor just responds to emails telling us they will sue us. Rick and Lisa Jupiter

Custom Window Decor offers absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They are easy to reach when they want your money, but after you give them a deposit, good luck reaching them. They never answer their phones and if finally after numerous messages, you reach them, they are rude and act as though you are a bother. In all my years I have never experienced such lack of professionalism from a small business. I recommend you go with another company so that your experience when spending thousands of dollars, is a good one. Do NOT do business with these people.
