I've gone to Dr. Boss for 2 years for my annual physical. This last visit I had to wait an hour [I'm self employed] past my appointed time. That made me his last patient before he left for lunch, so he was very rushed. All he did for 3 minutes was take my blood pressure and order blood work and then left. All this for $125.00. I want to be examined when I pay for a physical to be sure all's well. When I first got to the office that day one of the girls asked if I had the same insurance company. I gave her my new card to make a copy. They still submitted the claim to the company I no longer have. I've called and faxed many times to inform them and she did the same thing again. Now they won't even respond to my faxes. I've even written to the doctor to let him know and told him at this point I will just go ahead and pay cash out of my pocket, and even the boss, the doctor himself refuses to answer a patients problem/concern. I know most all doctors want to see as many patients in a day [to make big money], but this one takes the cake. Jim
