Huge disappointment

My family who lives in Europe placed an on-line order for a surprise birthday bouquet for me with balloons and a special message from my grandson. I received a call from Direct Floral at 5 pm that they could not deliver the present because the road to my home was closed and the driver did not know the alternative route. I had an option to pick up the delivery the next day or hopefully another driver would know the route and the present would be delivered the morning after my birthday.

I had 2 morning FedEx birthday deliveries that day: the drivers evidently new all alternative routes in our comparatively small community or simply could follow the detour signs. My family tried to give business to a local Jupiter company and was very disappointed by an unprofessional way it was handled. We will never use this company again.
