Dr. Virginio Vena and his staff are extremely professional and caring. I broke a my foot and had surgery. I am completely healed now and I'm running again. I highly recommend Dr. Vena. Thank you so much.

WORST STAFF WE HAVE EVER DELT WITH. Our insurance covers orthotics 100%. We were told to pay $195 up front then another $195 when they arrived. We were told we would not get a refund after anthem paid them. We called anthem who called the staff then we were told when a doctors office excepts anthem the patient never pays the difference. We were also told that anthem was called and they were told to charge us. Anthem logs every phone call. When she called she was told orthotics were covered at 100% then told us no they were not then lied once again. She is the rudest employee and should be fired. . Dr. Vena Is a awesome doctor but we won't go back due to the rude lying staff.
