I just bought a Pronto Remote Control from Egret Electronics and had them program everything for me. What an incredible experience to work with such wonderful professionals. From beginning to end I was given first class treatment all the way. This is by far one of the most fabulous companies you'll ever work with.

I had looked at Sound Advice, and several independents to design and install a surround sound system, which included in ceiling speaker mounts, as well as, running sound to the outside of the house, 2 different locations. We had reviewed all options, selected the right components, and worked around the budget I had set for the project. The entire process was very professional, no surprises. They were right on the money as to the schedule to do the work. They treated your home like it was their own. The work done was efficient, clean, and they explained things along the way so you had a sense of how they were getting the job done. Everything worked right from the start. The several followup calls they made to make sure everything was working right showed they are very focused on customer service. When I did need some assistance in the months that followed, there was no hesitation on their part to assist, or come out to the house to make sure all is working right, not just what I was calling about. They are fantastic and I highly reccommend that if you are ready for a sound system, or a complete home theater environment, call Egret right away. You will not regret that decision.
