We have lived here for six years. Our family has grown to love Floresta. Our family feels safe and happy here. If we ever have a maintenance issue the maintenance team is there right away to take care of it, the office staff is always fun and friendly, pool is like a resort pool, the grounds are always maintained.

the worst rental community , its moldy, sloppy, the staff will say one thing, then stab you in the back as they bully you into paying hundreds of dollars for made up damage. the rent goes up steeply every year, and you get nothing for the money.Seedy people .

I lived in this community for several years.Office staff changes every 6 months and with each new staff member comes new rules, that only apply to SOME.Office staff is on a power trip and speaks very rudely to tenants. They claim to be a pet and kid friendly neighborhood, but this is misleading. Dogs who bark too much are repremanded by the office, kids who play too much are repremanded. Pool is heated to 90 degrees in the sumer and NOT heated in the winter. Parking is limited, made to park in the grass at times due to lack of spots, and if you park the wrong direction in the parallel spots they call Jupiter Police in to ticket you! The Playground is in disrepair and the "Walking Path" they claim to have is over grown by trees and weeds. The "updated" gym equipment doesnt work propery and not cleaned very often. The landscape pictures shown on their site are old. The landscape is overgrown and often the lanscapers blow the leaves right into your garage or house! The "valet trash service" they offer is a joke. Trash is hardly picked up when its supposed to be and the dumpsters are always overflowing and attract rodents!Rent goes up $50-100 EVERY YEAR, no matter how long youve been here, and the response to any concerns you may have :"If you dont like it, then move!" Save the money you are going to spend on this UN "luxery" apartment and go somewhere else!
