I walked in at 4 PM they do not close until 8 PM one customer waiting the Woman Stylist came up to me and told me that if I didn't have an appointment that I couldn't get service because there are only two people working that they were full with appointments only. I have been going here for 12 years and have never been so insulted. So I said to her you mean to tell me that you do not have 15 minutes to take a walk in customer in the next 4 hours. She said no you could maybe comeback at 7:30 PM and SEE if we could take you then REALLY !!!this is not a SIR John Salon appointments only!!!! I have always just walked in and took the first available Stylist. I think I should be compensated for the Rude behavior that I experienced. I then traveled back to Legacy Place Hair Cuttery and was serviced immediately. One very unhappy customer :(

Done with this place. They are always understaffed and waiting for an hour for a haircut you can get from a 3rd grader is not worth it.

It is hit or miss at this place. Frankly, you can get the same haircut quality at any local beauty school. I always ask for the same cut: long layers in back and short layers in front. This must be one of the most difficult haircuts around based on some of the cuts I have received. This last haircut will take about 3 months for it grow back to where I like it to be. Not only do I have extremely short layers in front, I have them in back as well. My hair looks like I walked out of a time machine from the 80's. Oh, well at least I will say money by lettting my hair grow back and not getting it cut for at least 3 months. Won't help the economy though.

I took my son there about two months ago and I hated the haircut he got. First of all the lady lied to me when she told me she had cut toddlers hair before. If she had cut toddlers hair before she would know that your not suppose to use clippers on their first haircut. I will never go back i regret even paying the lady. i would rank no stars if possible.
