I like Dr. Hier and the treatment seems appropriate. However, I am so dissatisfied and angered with the laziness and procrastination of his staff. We wait an avg of 15 mins past appt time before my son is called back. We've waited up to 45 mins before. Then he's left to sit in the exam chair another 20 mins. The office doesn't take appointments outside of school hours so my son is missing additional time in school to sit waiting. I do not recommend Dr. Hier unless gets a new staff.

Dr. Wanuck wanted to pull my childs teeth when it was not necessary. Took my child to other dentists in the area, and they completly disagreed with Dr. Wanucks opinion. I definitely had the feeling that the decision was based on the fee he would receive for the extraction rather than my childs well being.
