They rented and sold to people from all over the world, 1 and 2 bedroom furnished condos, in the beauty and serenity that is the beaches of Jupiter Florida. The Marrano’s marketing concept was to give Jupiter Bay homeowners the flexibility of how they wanted to rent their condo. Some owners just wanted a home in South Florida to get away from the Northern cold winters and then, return home for the summer. While other owners wanted a vacation home to use from time to time yet, have some return on their investment. When owners are not using the home they could be rented out to vacationers on a weekly or monthly basis.
