I have been a RN for 30 years. Throught this experience I noticed that the entire facility was spotless. There were 3 customers in the waiting room on this Saturday am when I walked into the facility. I first spoke with the secretary at the intake desk; I was greeted with a good morning and a smile. The young lady took my information (insurance card and drivers ID).
I was then called in to be triaged by a Paramedic, he was also very pleasant. He then took me to an exam room. I waited there no more than 5 minutes. A Physicians Assistant named Sophia did a complet exam based on my symptoms,she was also very pleasant. She knew exactly what the problem was. Antibiotics were then ordered; she confirmed my allergies and then discussed the antibiotic with me. The order was then called it in to the Pharmacy that I elected when I first spoke with the secretary. Entire visit was 20 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

If I could give this urgent care office no stars I would! But unfortunately the system requires me to at least give them 1 star. My husband did not have his insurance card with him at the time of visit and he was very ill. The receptionist advised him that he can just submit a receipt to the insurance company and get reimbursed. However, they changed us the private (no insurance) rate! Needless to say no insurance company would pay that rate. We've been to numerous doctor's offices and they contact the insurance company to verify benefits and only charge the negotiated rate. Clearly the receptionist was too lazy to do that! Now that they got their money up front, they don't care at all about helping you with submitting the claim. The level of service is beyond disappointing!

My mothers doctors office was closed over thanksgiving holiday so I stopped by Jupiter Urgent Care on Indiantown road instead of the ER. she was seen quickly and her records were faxed over to her regular doctor for follow-up.

I stopped by On Memorial Day when all the others in my area were closed.

I fell off the dock and cut my leg.. The doctors and staff did a great job..

Including "Trina" . I have been back on a follow up with no problems

My son was recently hurt on a sunday afternoon while riding his skateboard at Constitution park.



I had not been to Jupiter Urgent Care in Years and was pleasantly surprised to see the same ER Doctor from Jupiter Medical Center.



They did a great job in fixing "gnarly" wipe out that my son encoutered.



Ill be going back

I am an Immigration Attorney and a good number of my clients require physical exams for U.S. Immigration Services. I recently had a client who required one of these Immigration physicals on very short notice. Jupiter Urgent Care was able to handle the request and was really attentive. I will reccomend them to my clients in the future, especially those living in N. Palm Beach County and in Martin and St. Lucie counties.
