I just came to town and was looking for a place for a manicure and pedicure. I was concerned about the first 2 reviews but thought I would give them a try. I could not have been happier. I have been to many nail salons in the past and NailsMax is one of the best. Reasonable price and I was properly pampered. Don't be afraid to give them a try.

I would never ever go back to this place. I am new to the area and even agreed to the deluxe pedicure. My nail polish was clumped on in thick layers and is already chipping, the pedicure tubs were not cleaned appropriately at all in between customers, absolutely disgusting. There was no massage given at all the lotion was applied on in a quickly manner and rubbed right off by disgusting rags. Never ever use this place. You would be better off doing your own nails... Talk about a waste of money!!!!

I want to take AWAY stars! Do NOT go! I requested a basic pedicure but was asked THREE times if I wanted the upgrade. I politely declined each time (I didn't have the time to enjoy a full spa pedi). For my $25 I received a quick dunk in a foot bath with no aroma salts... which btw was NOT properly cleaned before the next customer sat down. My nails were cut at odd angles, lotion applied (not massaged), lumpy polish was streaked on...and the worst of all...Twice I closed my eyes while sitting in this NON-massaging chair and when I opened them...the pedi guy was STARING right at me. Can you say CREEPY??? I couldn't get out of there FAST enough, I can't image sitting there for a full spa pedicure. EWWRRR!!!
