I have been a happy customer for years. The staff is very warm and caring, but their fees have become outrageous! A service that cost $ 45 only 6 months ago is now $ 105, boarding went from $15/day to $45/day two months later without any explanation or reason. Before you agree to anything you always need a quote first, even if it is a service you just paid for last week or you'll be shocked at check-out. I find $ 105 to euthanize a pet rat out of line ! So I would give their services 5 stars, but their billing for lack of transparency or reason 0 stars.
