Found shop to be expensive and not customer friendly. I'm a senior citizen who is physically challenged and have to use a cane and medication. While getting my wife's shoes examined had an emergency and asked to use their bathroom, and was told NO that the bathroom is for their use and you have to leave or pee yourself. Would not give them any business.

Disappointed & new to Jupiter. I arrived exactly at 5 after receiving directions that put me in the center next door. I called Speedys & left a message that I was looking for them, found them in the next store front. The shoe person was locking up. He said he closes at 5, but he would put my shoes in his car. I don't know about anyone else, but I "was" a first time consumer. He said it would take him to long to go back into the building to receive my information. Told me to wear the shoes until Tuesday and come back. Wow, my time is not valuable to him that I need to come back to give him money to repair two pair of shoes. Of course, this is my last time to shop there, even tho he is 3 miles from my home. But for me, this shoe store does not need my business, so I will find another. The fact that this is the 2nd time I have found store owners in Jupiter do not need business.
