Back in September 2012, my mother had a Sport Port docking system installed. Since then we have had nothing but problems with it and it has been totally unusable since Dec 2012. When I email, I get platitudes and delays. Now I dont even get a response. My mother called elder services, and the owner, Dave talked a big talk, but has since refused to answer my mother's phone calls. She paid $6000 plus for this big mess, which is under a year's warrantee but we still have a broken winch, broken open sport port, pylons pulling away from the dock, and a "floating" boat lift that can't keep our boat out of the water. We have been unable to use our boat for months.
