Had a great experience with Stanton Optical. Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Received my glasses within the same day!!!

Well the underneathe comment is exactly what I'm getting, only it's 3/12/15 and I ordered my glasses on 2/17/15. Sounds like the same story, only I;m not going to wait on my glasses, I want my money back. This is ridiculous...At a cost of 523.00 for 2 pair of glasses...The frames are 2 for $69.00, which frames, the ones for my bird...They had glasses waiting for me when I came in, never met me or knew what I looked like..This is the second time in a few months I've been scammed, what do I have written on my forehead, sucker? Don't go to this place, you will be sorry and broke..Sue F.., Jupiter

I had an exam an order glasses and contacts on February 2, 2013. Today is March 22, 2013. I still don't have my contacts and I still have no explanation except for the manager in the Jupiter, FL store (Marsha) telling me over and over "I don't understand what's happening". That is absolutely unacceptable. Every few days I call her (because NOT ONCE has she initiated a call to me) and I get the same or similar answers. I have been told "the office says they were shipped but we don't have them" "I am having them overnighted" That was at least 3 weeks ago. "I re-ordered them" "the new ones are being overnighted" "I don't know what's happening", etc. etc. The absurdity is that no one has any idea what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!
