Started out a great experience with our designer. 2 weeks prior to instal, added to our design which bumped up our proposal to $2,700. The Closet Clinic has an ad in the Home Mag including a $300 coupon on $2,500 minimum jobs. With the added design, we now qualified to use the coupon and asked that they apply it. We were told there were other expenses with the new design that were not added on that they "let slide" and "unfortunately we cannot apply the coupon." Our designer proceeded to tell us "I can accept the coupon but the owner is just going to add on another $300." Out of principle we told them either apply to coupon or cancel the job. Shortly after we received an email from the owner (after requesting he call) saying that thy were canceling the job. Talk about bait and switch! Why advertise a discount if you are not going to offer it. Lack of customer service and highly unprofessional!!
