Had an eyebrow wax here and the girl burned both of my eyelids horribly. The owner says she isn't responsible and my skin must be sensitive. I would never step foot in this establishment again . Many other reputable salons in the area. Stay away from here!!!!!

Tipsy is first off one of the greatest business ideas I have ever seen (and I have met a lot of ppl who think they have 'great ideas'). The owners/operators have always been fantastically nice and polite and some of the staff is the best trained in "customer service". Although every business runs into a bad seed - I have never been anything other than satisfied, but onto Donelle. She is MARVELOUS. For 5 years I have searched from high end salons to lower price points looking for that *gem* who could do a cut the way I pictured it in my brain. No matter the explanation, it has never happened. After a terrible day, I stumble into Tipsy where I was put in Donnelle's hands. There were probably 15 other women having services who could not stop talking about the fantastic hair cut that she gave me. I go back to see her today and will drive that thirty minutes just to have her make me over with another magnificent hairdo!

I was refered to LeeAnne at Tipsy Salon because she is the only person around that uses organic hair color. I have had health problems in the past and have read how dangerous hair color is so stopped coloring my hair almost a year ago when I was visiting Dallas and first introduced to the color. I was so happy it is available in Florida. I drive up from Miami to have my hair done but it is well worth it. She was such a breath of fresh air and talked me thru each step of my service which made me feel included. It was an experience like I have never had. Would strongly recommend and already have to any person I come in contact with.

I had organic color used on me in L.A. last year and was so excited to find out it is now available in S. Florida. I had my hair cut and hilited by Leann and couldn't be more pleased. She was so educated and passionate about hair I couldn't help get excited. She spent a lot of extra time with me and gave me the best consult I have ever had. She explained to me the benefits of organic color and how dangerous ammonia based color is. She also educated me on the best way to deal with my frizzy curly hair in Florida humidity. I expected to pay much more than I did considering all the attention she gave me but the price was very reasonable for that level of talent. On another note: she kept her station very clean and clutter free and I saw her cleaning every brush she used on the customer before me before she led me to her chair, which means alot to me. It was a very plesant experience from start to finish.

I was a first time client and was refered to Shelly by a friend. She did an awsome job on my hair, both color and cut, and was very fast also. I would deffanitly return.
