We have shopped at this location for over 20 years. And this is the first time I have had a problem.



On 12/19/15, my husband paid $57.38 for a Beef Rib Roast. It was intended for our Christmas dinner. My husband talked to the butcher and asked if he should freeze it, and when should he take it out in order to be ready for Christmas. The butcher told him after counting on his own fingers the days left until Christmas, and told him it would be OK to just put it in the coldest part of the fridge. Brand new fridge.. all of it is COLD.



Today - Christmas we go to take it out. And find the roast is spoiled. The meat is gray and smells foul. My husband had to go and find another roast in order to have a nice Christmas dinner.

I've always gotten in and out wth what I needed here. Thanks Staters.
