We are amazed at the craftsmanship and the quality of work. My wife and I are both engineers and as such are picky and often painful clients. But you were always so kind and patient with us as we worked on a final solution. You gave us great recommendations that met our needs and resulted in a great play-set for our daughter. But all the work preparing was only the beginning of a great installation by Troy. Our yard is far from level, but that was not a problem for Troy. In a few short hours, the set was assembled and ready for action. Our own self-inspection just reaffirmed our hopes during the preparation phase. You guys rock! Our play-set is secure, level and safe.It doesn't wobble, shake or show any signs of instability. We have already had neighbors stop by and ask us where we got such a great set. It is such a rare find these days, I should have expected as much from a "Texas family" business. "Thank You" for working hard to create a quality product and support it.

We had our party on Friday night & we had over 65 kids here. They had a bounce house & the playset to play on. Even with all the rain we had last week and all the mud under the playset I think most of the kids chose to play on your playset. All the parents were in awe of your work. A few parents actually have your products in their yards but others were curious WHERE we got this. Not only was it a hit with the kiddos, most importantly it HELD UP under EXTREME pressure. I took some photos of all the kids playing on it, but of course that was with another camera (I will share those later). Bottom line, thank you, thank you, thank you for all your creativity & hard work. This yard was a very challenging yard, but I think you hit a home run not only with us but 175 other people here at the party.

Our daugter absolutely LOVES her swing set :) We can never keep her off it. One of our big dogs (the baby) has learned how to climb up the ladder, open the fort door with his paws, and play in the fort. He hasn't come down the slide yet but he goes back down the stairs when he wants to go downstairs. He is so funny. Chelynn has spent the night out there camping out... My dad has even slid down the slide and he's over 50.....LOL...he's a big kid himself. My mom and I also LOVE our wooden swings.

Dear Jarrod,I write to thank you for doing such a wonderful job of design, construction and installation on our new Bac kyard Fun Factory play set. From your willingness to meet my family on a Sunday to your management of the process through installation--you and your team were second to none. It was after much deliberation that we selected your product. I have no doubt that we made the right decision.Our children wake up asking to go outside and play. The same is true just after dinner. My wife and I have truly enjoyed watching them embrace this new outlet.I look forward to future additions to our system. I will also remain in contact as future maintenance is required. It goes without saying that I would recommend Backyard Fun Factory to anyone in the market for a new play set. This is so because I believe your product to be superior to the competition, but moreover, it is because you personally made this experience one of great joy for our family

Backyard Fun Factory makes beautiful high quality residential play systems made from California redwood. I bought one for my grandchildren and the neighbor's grandchildren. Believe me, it was a great investment. Jarrod helped me plan the best system for the size of the yard, the age of the children, and our budget. We are the children could not be more pleased. We have had our set for 5 years and it has had many children playing on it, but no problems. We called for service and they promptly came out and restained our set tightened bolts, etc. and only charged us $300. It looks like new again, even though it really didn't look bad after 5 years either. They can give you a high quality product at an unbelievable price because they have no "middle man." The children and I love their crazy windows which give their sets a whimsical look...almost like they are laughing at you. This is truly "art" for children to play on. I would recommend this company to anyone.
