Bought a very expensive Kitchenaid from Lowes that looks built-in with cabinet facing that started leaking water from the water filter area. Kitchenaid sent in their Factory repair service company March -April from Oahu twice, and they never fixed the leaking problem.

I get back in town in mid July to find the problem is not fixed. Call Lowes (under their extended warranty) who had Appliance Repair Maui look at the problem. The repair person arrived on time, immediately determined the problem stating he would need to order the necessary part(s) and that when they came in he would set up an appointment. In less than a week, the refrigerator was fixed!����

I requested warranty service through American Home Shields and Appliance Repair Maui was sent. When the owner arrived, he was asked to take off his shoes before entering the property. The owner would not take off his shoes. When being asked to take off his shoes, he insulted the Hawaiian and Japanese cultures by saying "removing shoes is an old Japanese custom and not what he needs to do now". When asked whether he has any plastic covers that he could put over his shoes, he then said we have been "X'd" off from his list and then he walked out, without providing any services. He then reported the service as completed to American Home Shields and attempted to collect the service charge from me, even though he didn't provide any services.

This business is fraudulent. I will report him to American Home Shields and Better Business Bureau.

I am disabled, waited a total of 10 hours over a 2 days time period, for this company. When I called to see if they were going to come another time...The customer service told me, "I was calling her a liar." Would not recommend. Auwae Maui!
