This location was by far the best Enterprise I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. I wish all of Enterprises offices were like them. I had free one day rental but neglected to go with my husband to the office so they couldn't' use it. It didn't matter. They were nice enough to put it through under my husband's name and still give us free day! I cannot say enough good things about them.

Costco deal, so props for them. Local guys are great.



Don't forget to go to your right leaving baggage claim, pickup is over there drop off is in front of you.



Van drivers are proactive in helping you get your big bags on, leave the bus ASAP and get to the front of the line lest it takes forever to escape with your car.

The whole process getting the car was made so easy and stress free that it started the vacation off on a good note. Mahalo

Can't say enough about there service. Now got off a little rocky as I had a luxury class and had to explain that would not hold all of us and once I got pass that it was smooth sailing all the way. Would use them again when returning to Maui.

We rented a car for two days when our cruise was staying overnight at Kahului. The shuttle picked us up at the pier as they promised and process to get the car was a breeze. At other ports we had car rentals through Enterprise as well and the service was superb, highly recommended!

These guys are the best! The customer care and professionalism is superb. This place goes the extra mille for their customers. I will always continue to use Enterprise. Out of all the car rental places I've used, I'm sticking with Enterprise!

well they asked for a review of the kahululi location....a simple 28 dolar a day rate for six hours turned into a 117 dollar mess.....they do the agreement on a hand held device that is REAL hard to read especially in the sun...so I got the surprise that I supposedly picked ALL of the extras....NOT I NEVER pick ANY.....so make sure you get the usual printed rental agreement
