Response to Rick D. … I’m so very sorry that you were disappointed in our business. I believe that the error was due to communication failure. As you stated someone asked for the year, make, model of the vehicle BUT failed to ask for the engine and liter size. Once we had this information, we declined to work on the car because it would not be cost and time effective. For instance, we can easily do a 4 cylinder Camry valve cover gasket in an afternoon. However, to do a 6 cylinder Camry valve cover gasket sometimes involves removing the manifold. Yes, we CAN remove and replace a manifold but DO NOT chose to do so. It would be more cost effective and practical to go to an engine repair shop to do that work. At the engine repair shop, they could at the same time replace the timing belt, etc. Once again, I apologize for inadequately explaining this to you.
