This place is terrible! So rude, terrible service...i spent over a hundred dollars in the store buying bulk balloons..i went back one day later to TRADE mind you not RETURN one of the bags of balloons to match my colors...get this, after spending over 100 dollars she would not let me exchange an UNOPENED bag of balloons for a different color (same size same amount!!!) Hate this place, will NEVER step foot in there again

Seriously wack. I called to inquire about helium rental and the girl that answered advised me they no longer do helium tank rentals. She did let me know that they could fill up the balloons at the store however. When I asked how much that service would be she said that she can't give any pricing over the phone. I thought I had mis heard her and so I asked her if she could clarify what she meant. The young woman was a little fusterated (obvousliy I was not the first person to question this store policy,) and she restated that "they will not give any prices over the phone." A little dumb founded I asked, so I have to drive all the way to Kahalui just so you will tell me how much your going to charge me to blow up balloons? Exasperated (apparnetly this was a very hard day of work for her,) she went into a tirade of the same statement she previously gave. Any business that won't give you prices over the phone is obviously hiding something and I will not do business with a company that can't be open with how and what they charge customers. I sincerely hope that another store opens that can offer similar services so that consumers on Maui have the option of shopping elsewhere for their party supplies because Party Paradise has the worst service I have experienced in a long time.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH PARTY PARADISE. They ripped us off and did nothing to help resolve the problem AT OUR EXPENSE AND TIME. We celebrated our son's birthday last weekend. We ordered a pkge of 150 balloons with a helium tank rental. We where told the tank would supply us 150 balloons give or take a few but 30 short is not "just a few". Paying just over $100, we got all the balloons but ran out of helium at 120.(2 broke) When we called Party Paradise in a panic with 1/2 hr.left before guests arrived, they told us we could go in and pay an additional $1.05 per balloon and told us we "over-filled" the balloons and there was nothing they could do. My husband offered to bring in the remaining 30 for them to fill but wanted us to pay extra. No one warned us about "over filling" 9" or 11" balloons and we did nothing beyond the normal capacity. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase a 30 balloon tank at $30. These are just balloons but the principal of how Party Paradise handled the matter by selling us something and not fulfilling the complete order demonstrates their lack of customer satisfaction and greed. The party was wonderful, our son and guests where blessed!!! IF YOU NEED A LARGE ORDER OF BALLOONS w/HELIUM TANK RENTAL, RE-THINK PARTY PARADISE, THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS ON MAUI TO DO BUSINESS WITH ESPECIALLY WITH TIME SENSITIVITY. (You pick up your order day of party)
