Not going elsewhere again for tires. They did a good job, were thorough, nice, took great care of the car and were honest on their quote. Very happy and will be referring to family.

The owner is rude - kept calling me by my last name - no Mr. - just my last name. He also tried to sell me shocks that I don't need. He said mine were leaking. He has get new shocks signs all over so that should not be a surprise but telling me I needed new shocks is simply dishonest. My shocks are good - his ethics are not so good. Your life depends on his work, right? Can he be trusted with your life? Maybe so, maybe not.

mechanics are nice...manager/owner is rude....Not sure if I quite trust the place but tried it twice...If the guy is rude no matter how good they are they will still suck and feel they cant be trusted

I had them do a safety check and they took apart all the breaks and said that I needed new break drums because they said the pads had competely worn off the shoes. $350 for the rear breaks! They showed me a pair of of break shoes with NO pads and said they came off my car which is why I needed new rear drums, too. I thought that was weird because I never heard any grinding or squeaking or anything from the rear breaks, which seemed to work fine. I told them I couldn't afford it and they put it all back together.



I bought shoes and tried to get drums from a parts place but they didn't have any on island. They said I probably didn't need them, anyway.



When I got my breaks apart, funny thing, I had PLENTY of pad left on my shoes, and the drums were fine. The parts they showed me were not from my car. I changed the pads anyway and saved over $300.



Watch out for these guys.

Great service and very good mechanics and very speedy. What I like is they show what is wrong with your auto or explain it to you . If you had your auto is fixed and something goes wrong with their work ( once in 20 years) ,they will fix it at no extra charge ( even put in new parts).Wayne the owner ,will tell you if your auto is worth it to fix . I have had many cars over the years and have listen and taken his advise on all ...except my '87 suzuki... somethings need to keep going. TRUST IN YOUR MECHANIC IS A GOOD PIECE OF MIND .If someone asks for a good auto repair I always send them to Royal Hawaiian Tire.
