I CRIED THIS PLACE IS SO HORRIBLE!

I stayed with friends and Maui and wanted my last day to one of pampering. We googled this and decided to stop in. I got a Brazilian wax and a mani/pedi combo. While waiting to get my wax, 3 woman walked in on me. I pretty sure they were trying to decide which one of them would wax me...I had to do touch ups later...

The mani /pedi was even worse. The guy started my water while I was getting waxed so it was VERY cold. I told him but he didn't change it for like 10 minutes. Rather than change it he just added a little hot water. After that, he twisted my toe repeatedly to apply polish after I told him I had broken it awhile back and it was still very sensitive. The nail polish job was terrible! Each of the tips smeared. I had to remove all of my polish and repaint them with a friend. The polish is not of good quality, AT ALL! A group of employees were talking very loudly in the corner. The receptionist shushed them only after I looked up at her like, "really?".

After all of that, they tried to charge me more than I was quoted.

THE STAFF AT THIS SALON DOES NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE A GOOD TIME.

I'VE GIVEN MYSELF BETTER MANIS AND PEDIS!

BOTTOM LINE, SAVE YOUR MONEY-GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
