I have nothing good to say about them!! As a landlord who turned my property over to them when I moved to the mainland, I know how it should be handled. They talked a good talk but never walked it! I had to rewrite the ad and stay on top of them thru the entire process. When I came to check on my property I was horrified at the condition it was in after they told me they had maintained it and had it professionally cleaned after each tenant. It hadn't been cleaned in 3 yrs!! Not only filthy, but lots of things missing and broken! I could give lots of details but they aren't worthy of my time. I only want you to be aware they don't do what they sign on to do. I don't think there could be a worse mgmt co in Hawaii!! Stay away from Stott!
